Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering and product teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board review
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis using frameworks like STEEP or Delphi
- Proven track record translating foresight into market advantage
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
