Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to detect emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce forward-looking strategic briefs and scenario plans for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future opportunities and risks
- Analyze complex datasets to identify non-obvious patterns and disruptive signals
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and technology ethics
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
