Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) and translate insights into strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with data visualizations and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Build and curate a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advose clients on long-term innovation investments and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or thought leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
