Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to shape 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author trend reports and thought leadership for stakeholder alignment
- Establish KPIs for future-proofing metrics across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
