Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive audiences
- Advolve in patent development for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
