Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Monitor horizon-scanning technologies and ethical implications for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology journals
- Experience with ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (EU AI Act, etc.)
