Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks

- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board presentations
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term business strategies

- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
