- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to 50k+ industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of 200+ futurists, scientists, and tech pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at 3+ annual global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (Forbes, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
