Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ industries
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX at the forefront of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of published futurist analysis or strategic frameworks
