- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-facing initiatives
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on innovation trajectories
- Monitor geopolitical and societal shifts affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
