Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive tech inflection points

- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite and board members
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism forums (Davos, WEF)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy with Fortune 500 impact
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and neurotech ecosystems
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (3+ validated forecasts)
- Security clearance for government collaboration programs
