Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-focused R&D
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members using immersive data visualization
- Drive innovation sprints that translate futuristic concepts into MVPs within 6-month cycles
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on emerging tech ethics and societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like anticipatory governance and exponential tech assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2020-2026 technology adoption curves
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- PhD or Master's in Technology Futures, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
