- Collaborate with R&D on long-term innovation pipelines
- Monitor global signals (policy shifts, cultural shifts, black swan events)
- Advose on portfolio diversification for future-proof growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
