Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and predictive intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-powered analytics and data visualization
- Represent the firm at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) strongly preferred
