- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Create annual 'Future State' reports guiding $2B+ portfolio decisions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-readiness methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
