Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-year business trajectories
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into R&D pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on foresight methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Track record of developing actionable strategies from future insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
