Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce annual Future State Reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and host high-impact thought leadership summits
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills to C-suite and board audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2020-2025 technology predictions
- Fluency in quantitative and qualitative research frameworks
