As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational culture for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for long-term corporate positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive briefings
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
