Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ trend forecasts using AI-powered scenario modeling and cross-disciplinary research
- Design strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, neurotech adoption, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing priorities
- Produce whitepapers and predictive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in next-generation tech development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or platforms
