Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with AI/quantum research teams to identify disruptive technology applications
- Produce executive-level trend briefings for board and investor communications
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Build global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with emerging technology focus
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
