- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Represent the company at global tech forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or futures research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-based strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
