- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable insights on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future market realities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend forecasting, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex futures data into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
