You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop foresight frameworks that drive product development, market positioning, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports and briefings for stakeholders including board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Quantify future opportunities through market sizing and risk assessment frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Experience in technology or consumer goods industries
