Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations on emerging opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-ready solutions
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies for rapid adaptation to future trends
- Mentor senior leadership on long-term strategic implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership on future trends or industry disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
