Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks by synthesizing emerging tech trends, socio-cultural shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and implement AI-driven foresight tools to accelerate strategic decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen forecasting methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and analysts in advanced scenario planning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years of applied experience
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting, disruptive innovation, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term transformation strategies
