- Curate global foresight networks and pioneer novel research methodologies
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready technologies and business models
- Represent InnovateX at global future-focused conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or thought leader in future-focused publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
