Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-2030 tech/societal inflection points
- Develop scenario models for climate adaptation and quantum adoption
- Design enterprise resilience frameworks for AI-driven disruption
- Produce strategic whitepapers for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate annual Global Futures Summit keynote program
- Mentor cross-functional innovation teams in futures thinking
- Partner with MIT Media Lab on emerging tech validation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published work on exponential technology impacts (peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in systems thinking and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Track record advising Fortune 100 on 5+ year strategic pivots
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in geopolitical risk assessment and regulatory foresight
