Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout emerging talent
- Design and implement organizational change frameworks to prepare for 2026 workforce transformations
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term organizational strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau, or similar)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategic initiatives
