Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Design innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight capabilities ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
