Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces impacting our industry
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026-aligned initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
