Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities
- Produce high-impact future outlook reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Present future-vision narratives to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
