Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate vision strategy using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Establish industry-first innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and biometric tech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align 2026 objectives with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers published at Davos and CES
- Curate the annual 'Horizon Summit' featuring Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Emerging Voices' incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching future-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with experience leading global innovation teams
