Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight framework using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Produce actionable whitepapers and policy recommendations for Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Manage the Innovation Pipeline: scout, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies from global R&D ecosystems
- Represent InnovateX at premier future-focused forums (World Economic Forum, Singularity University, etc.)
- Mentor a team of Futurist Analysts using our proprietary Temporal Modeling Suite
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and policy decisions
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, climate modeling, or decentralized systems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
