Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational decision-making
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities for 2026+ readiness
- Design and lead immersive foresight training programs for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
