Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce actionable roadmaps for exponential tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Anticipate societal shifts and geopolitical impacts on industry evolution
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling narratives
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, IoT)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends or megatrends
