Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Design and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders, translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive forces shaping the 2026 global landscape
- Maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF or equivalent) strongly preferred
