- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to integrate future insights
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for board members and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Data Science
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption topics
