Responsibilities
- Develop 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Produce trend analysis reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic implementation success
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 2020+ strategic initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Shaping Tomorrow)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or metaverse governance
