- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Champion cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, and sustainability teams
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor futurist talent and build an internal innovation incubation program
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven tech disruption experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and rapid change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
