Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Design and implement human-centered innovation methodologies across global teams
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members to secure future funding
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into successful business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard/MIT/Bloomberg preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation polish
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
