Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across tech, energy, and healthcare sectors
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) and their commercial implications
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for client decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gartner CEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience advising C-level executives on disruptive technology adoption
