Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech, market trends, and societal disruptions impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Author executive briefings and publish white papers on future-of-work transformations
- Chair quarterly innovation summits with industry leaders and academic pioneers
- Design and lead corporate ventures in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech innovation communities
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
