Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across quantum computing, AGI, and biotech
- Design and validate prototypes for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech R&D with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects delivered to market
