Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology integration across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, critical infrastructure)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with long-term business strategy and market positioning
- Present findings to industry panels and regulatory bodies to shape technology policy standards for 2026
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in developing production-ready AI/quantum systems at scale (Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum algorithms, neural interface design, ethical AI frameworks, or synthetic biology integration
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with citations exceeding 500
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with diverse technical specializations
- Certified in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq) and neural interface technologies (Neuralink, Synchron)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
