Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology foresight strategies aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify ROI on futuristic initiatives using advanced scenario modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership at tech companies
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and climate tech ecosystems
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight research or technology roadmaps
