Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and forecast their 2026+ impact on global industries
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technological adoption and innovation across product lines
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute futuristic initiatives
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Create frameworks for ethical technology governance in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech futurism journals
