- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technology implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (e.g., AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent experience
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional innovation environments
