Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight strategies with measurable impact metrics
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization
- Lead scenario planning for technological singularity and societal transformation
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Curate and deliver thought leadership content at industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s disruption track record
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech strategy (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging tech
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
