As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethics boards, and biotech innovators to define the next decade's technological landscape. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and industry partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and junior futurists
- Represent the company at global technology summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or industry trend reports
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging tech
