Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Advise executive team on technology investments, partnerships, and market positioning strategies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor R&D teams in applying future-thinking methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused organizational strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional analytical, scenario-planning, and strategic communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technological environments
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
